My sister did a pretty decent back to school shop in Seattle a couple weeks ago and my mum picked me up this top! It's sheer cement grey and beautiful. I was so pleasantly surprised when I came home from work to find it hanging on my bedroom door. My mum did good! Love her.

When I woke up this morning it was one of those look out the window, see big dark grey gloomy clouds and roll back over days. Who would have thought I'd see an afternoon like this one? The sun came out for my day off, I swear. I got to take my brand new beach cruiser for a ride! This is also the look I was talking about in my Hello, Yellow Sunshine post. An old pair of denim cut offs, a simple t-shirt and a pair of flip flops can do no wrong!

MOTIVATION

Yesterday my sister and I got up and at 'em early. She plays a high level of soccer and trains every day. On days where we're both around in the morning she'll drag my butt out of bed and take me with her. I basically die every time.

Cheeky in Floral

I have a never-ending addiction to over-sized knit sweaters. I have this FP one in 2 colors. I buy multiples of things I love. It's kind of unnecessary actually. As for these COH floral shorts... I normally wouldn't pay big bucks for a seasonal item (Vancouver's summer is very unpredictable and short-lived) but I couldn't resist! Love 'em - minus the fact that I feel like my bum is completely exposed every time I wear them. No biggie. 

"The heart wants what the heart wants". True fact. The heart needed these shorts!
